During their tenures as senior members of Google’s Online Editorial Team, Laura Bergheim, Fritz Holznagel and Heather Lane contributed editorial strategy and content development to the launch and maintenance of major products ranging from Google AdWords and Google Checkout to Gmail, Orkut, Google Groups and the “Our Stories” iniative with UNICEF. Working with core product teams (including product managers, marketing managers, engineers, UX designers, and product, policy and localization specialists), our wordsmiths managed the content creation process from ideation through writing, editing, production and publishing. Wordsmithie now contracts with Google product teams to support a range of efforts, including case study development.
Case Studies & White Papers
The leading online privacy policy company asked Laura Bergheim to produce this white paper about how companies can integrate their commerce channels to grow consumer trust and improve their bottom line. The paper became the fulcrum for a series of 2011 webinars and marketing initiatives. Laura has also produced a range of webinars and white papers for TRUSTe on topics such as building trust with content and design, and strategies for maximizing organic search rankings.
